Providing Free and Accessible Menstrual Hygiene Products

Take a Tampon was founded with the goal of providing free and accessible menstrual hygiene products to those across the nation. Take a Tampon is currently providing both pads and tampons on the University of Kentucky campus and is hoping to expand its reach. We believe in taking action to educate the public and advocating for policies surrounding period poverty and an equal access to products.
